Reaching My Weight loss Goal

When i set the goal to lose 10 pounds i knew i had to make some changes.

What did i do different?


1) Drinking water everyday. I figured out how much water my body needed each day. This was big because i was not drinking water like i should.


2) Eating breakfast, lunch & dinner everyday.

Eating healthier foods.

-veggies

-fruit


3) Being more active

-Walks

-Bike ride

-swimming

-Home workouts
